Navon has built a ‘Land Bank’ of various sites for development of single villas or multiple units (sub-division sites for gated communities of villas, houses, apartments, etc.). The Navon Land Bank comprises sites in/around all the main tourism locations in Montenegro: coastal, lake and mountains and comprises over 250,000 m2.

We have sites with full planning for immediate development, together with sites at various stages of planning where we can work on behalf of the client to build land asset value by securing planning and by advising the client on the ‘highest/best’ use of their property to be developed.

JOINT VENTURES

We can provide flexible joint venture terms with clients investing in one or more of our Land Bank projects and/or we can joint venture with a client on their own site or project. Our range of services are usually provided as a complete package for clients as this ensures clear responsibility and control for the benefit of the client, the project and Navon.
Our services include: feasibility & highest/best use studies, concept designs, planning permit administration, legal advice/structures, design, architecture and engineering, together with all stages of build, budget management and quality control reporting.
Once the project is complete we can provide full property management services including staff, maintenance, rental or sale.
